Easter

The Saturday before Easter we went with some friends to a few Easter egg hunts around town. We first went to the mall but it was a little crazy so we then headed to the city park for a hunt that they put on. There were so many kids there it was pretty wild. We all stood around the baseball field and when the whistle blew it was a free for all. I ran around with Mayla and we scored a total of 4 eggs!! Considering the amounts of candy she received all weekend I think that was a good number.
After we headed to Lee's Market for another hunt. This time she received a few more healthy things, apple, cheese stick, chocolate milk and Carmel popcorn. 
We also went to a Bridal Shower for my cousin at my Grandma's house. After that we had an Easter hunt with all the cousins. Again MORE Candy!!

At this point Mayla knew exactly what the real point of all this was...CANDY! And Easter Morning was no exception.
