July 10, 13 Mayla had her 6 month dentist visit and they suggested that I bring Jax with and they will try and clean his teeth and just do a small check up with him. Mayla did a great job. She enjoys watching a movie while they clean her teeth. She has no cavities and a beautiful smile.
Jax did better than I thought he would. He let them "hurry" and clean his teeth and he let the dentist check them as well. Everything looks healthy for him as well. He sure is harder to get to brush his teeth but we just keep making him in hopes we can keep those teeth healthy. He sure was excited about the toy he choose.
Jax thinks it is silly to wear Mayla's helmet.
Usually if I am on the computer the kids like to come in and hang with me. This time they decided it was fun to be on the desk. I didn't get much done but it was worth seeing them share and be so cute with eachother.
It never ceases to amaze me the coordination that Jax has. He is such a boy and loves sports and being active. He was playing ball with anyone who would throw the ball and then when he couldn't find anyone to play he managed to toss the ball up and hit is with the bat all by himself. He truly has some skill!
Mayla got herself all dolled up with a bunch of jewelry and lip gloss. She said she was ready to go to a ball.
Mayla loves to color and draw which in turn makes Jax enjoy it as well. He loves to be right by her and doing the same thing she is. It may not always be what she wants but she is so patient with him and lets him share with her.
Our neighbor had a tractor loaded on a trailer that he parked on the road. Everytime we saw it Jax would yell 'TRACTOR" and get so excited. One night we asked to go sit on it. Jax was in heaven. He has a feddish with tractor's and he knows where they are throughout the area. While we are driving around he will give me a heads up that in a little bit there will be a tractor on the side of the road, and sure enough he is correct.
