This past month is such a blur. I can't believe that Christmas is over and now it is January 09. I thought I would post a little about our christmas even though I am a little late.
This is Mayla's first encounter with Santa. We went to the mall and thought what the heck, she has no idea who he is but you have to get a picture with santa every year! I really wasn't surprised that she didn't even care that he was holding her. She just sat on his lap and kept looking up at him thinking who are you and why are you holding me. She did very well and told santa everything that she wanted!!
Every year we go over to my grandma's house for christmas eve for dinner and a little program. The grandkids share their talents of music and such and we always do the manger scene. It is different every year and only gets more interresting with the outfits. This year Mayla was baby Jesus. She just layed there and kept looking at all people looking so silly. My cousins that are in the back where the wise me and she couldn't stop looking at them. Or maybe it was the fur coat!!
She loved when anyone would play the piano. She would dance to it no matter what the song. She sat on my Aunt Shelly's lap and rocked to the music.

Cohen loves the pics of Mayla. He is excited to see new pics of her...she looks so cute! We miss ya!
