Mayla had her first birthday on march 4th. It was such a fun day. She was happy all day and enjoyed her special day. She went to the gym with me in the morning and slept while I biked, then we had lunch and a 3 hour nap (yea). Then we had my entire family and some friends over for dinner and cake. We sure have an awesome family who supports us and are so great. 
This is Mayla's cake that she ate. She didn't blow out the candle but looked at us funny when we all sang an out of tune round of Happy Birthday!! (I don't blame her)
She wasn't all that sure about the cake at first. I gave her a fork and then she was doing better. she did eat a little and then was done and wanted to move on.
This is the main cake. I saw one like this on line so I decided to try it. It turned out pretty cute for a first timmer. To any one who is wondering... I made marshmallow fondant and it was easy and actually not too bad to eat.
Todd was the video man during all the festivities. He felt bad he didn't get a picture with Mayla so this one will have to do.
Opening Presents. She did pretty good at first and then got bored of it. We unwrapped everything so fast, but she sure got a TON of clothes and toys. Thanks to everyone for all your generosity.

Tatum had that same lion walker...he loved it. He now uses it to climb on top things. It gives him some height. Cute b-day cake...looks like a fun party.
