Won't you be my Neighbor!

A few weeks ago we went up the canyon with some of our neighbors for Tin Foil dinners. It truly was a site to see such a huge fire pit filled with dinners!!

After dinner we roasted cinnamon rolls over the fire. Thanks to my aunt for the great idea. You take store bought cinnamon rolls (cinabun type because they un-roll) roll them over a wooden dowel, and roast like a marshmallow. The take about 5 minutes, then you can dip them in the frosting. They are so Yummy!!

 The First thing that Mayla did when we got there was put her hands completely in the dirt. As you can see it is BLACK...Yup she was covered in it. She sure had fun though.

We have such a fun neighborhood. We always enjoy getting together and Mayla loves having some kids to play with. We are grateful to live where we do. Thanks to our neighbors for being so great!
