The Life of Mayla
I sure didn't realize how busy the life is of a one year old until now. Everyone told us that as soon as she can walk you wish that she didn't. It is true to a point. She now want to walk around in stores and help push her stroller or the cart. She like to go in the pantry and pull everything down, and loves pulling toilet paper off the roll. She definitely gets into so much more now, but at the same time I love it because she can get to where she wants to. She enjoys walking all over and it keeps her (and me) busy!!
My sister and her family came up for the weekend and Mayla loved hanging with her cousins. She really just loves other kids. She can be crying at the store and as soon as she sees another kid she is pointing and jabbering at them. It was fun to get to play with cousins. This is my dads 'other' jeep that he has for the grandkids. Not as big as his other one, but it will do :)
Rylee took Mayla up and down the side walk and she loved it. Thanks Rylee for being a safe driver and not rolling over like papa.
These are just some pictures of Mayla's life. She runs to the dishwasher as soon as I open it. She loves to play with the dishes but this time she figured out that she could stand up on it. Yup she was pretty proud of herself.
WE have a neighbor who has just tons of these beads. He dropped some off and she had to put everyone of them on. I think she was just trying to get out of putting on her pj's.
Mayla was interested in her clothes hamper and so I put her in to see what she would do. She decided that she could hide from me. She would squat down and jump up to find me. It was pretty cute.

Did Angie move away? I can't believe Mayla's walking, what a big girl. I just keep the toilet paper roll on the bathroom counter, otherwise, we'd have pieces everywhere haha. I would definitely choose walking over crawling. It's nice not having to carry Kade everywhere. Although, it is slower. Well, enjoy the warm weather with your darling little one!
Thanks for sharing a day in the life. She looks like so much fun. I am glad that you are able to stay home with her and enjoy her. I love the jeep that Grandpa Ron got! I bet they all love it.
Hey Trisha! I love your blog! Mayla is getting so big, she is absolutely adorable. I have a question... I loved your back ground so much I clicked on your aqua poppy design button and downloaded a background but my button appeared blocking the title of my posts. I can't figure out how to move it. Please Help!
