Going to the Temple and Shelly's gett'n married

Todd's sister Shelly was married on June 25 to Brian Dixon at the Logan Temple. It was a beautiful day filled with fun, family and food.
The scenery at the Temple was beautiful. Mayla loved the water fountain and didn't want to step away for a minute, so we had to take a family picture by it.
She did pretty good all day but by the time we left the Temple at about 5pm she was asleep in the car before we even left the parking lot.
Not that I wasn't busy enough with the decorating, I had to make Mayla a new dress to wear. Thanks to another blog I found this pretty easy dress. I also had a little help with the accessories from my cousin. It just topped the outfit off. Thanks Nae

I had one of the best assistants that I could ask for. Todd's Dad Alan was a great holder while I wrapped the Bouquet. It turned out better than I could have hoped for. Thanks to my assistant of course!!

Shelly completed the marriages of Todd's siblings.
Its not very often that you get Todd and his Dad sitting by each other when you have a camera in hand, and they are looking so spiffy!!
Shelly's favorite flower is the Star Gazer Lily and so that is what we went from for the decorations and colors. I think it turned out beautiful if I do say so myself.

All the girl cousins wore matching dresses. It was so fun to see them all dressed-up.
Mayla enjoyed the dancing, and was the one to ask us to dance with her.

All-in-all it was a wonderful day. It feels a little like a blur but I am happy how it turned out and am thankful for those who helped me, couldn't have done it with out ya. Congratulations to Shelly and Brian.
