On Sunday for the actual 4th we went up to Tony Grove Lake for a picnic. We met my mom, sister Krista and her husband Chris. It was a little chilly but very beautiful.
On the search for some good Skipping rocks.
This is the first time that Mayla has eaten watermelon without it be cutting off the rind first. She wasn't sure how to eat it, but she figured it out quickly after she had the first lick!
Later that evening we had some neighbors over for some S'mores. We then sat in the front and watched fireworks that our neighbors had. No Pics but it was a fun night.
