I was so excited to make Mayla's costume this year. We went back and forth with a few ideas but she managed to stick with this one for long enough for me to make it. I didn't have to ask Jax what he wanted to be, he pretty much just went with his everyday self, a tool man. He LOVES tools. His favorite is to go to Papa's house and find his screw drivers and work on the toy jeep. I figured why not let him be what he already loves. He was Jax the toolman Jorgensen. He had a tool belt and all.
It was a pretty busy day. We managed to stop by great Grandma and Grandpa's house. Jax grabbed what he could and then decided to not even take the candy out of the wrapper before he dug in. We then headed to Todd's work office in Logan for a LOAD of treats and toys. They give out so much stuff that we have to take 2 extra bags with us. We ended to night with trick-or-treating with our neighbors and called it a night.
Mayla was a beautiful Queen of Hearts. She wore her costume many times which made it sure worth the effort. She couldn't have looked more beautiful.
We even attended to annual Jorgensen family party. Todd didn't manage to dress up again this year, I just pulled my hair in braids and called myself a cowgirl. Yup we are very creative!
We had a great time eating and playing some fun games.
